How do you calculate my offer?
We start from the current Cardmarket trend price of each card and pay up to 80% of it. Condition, demand, grading and how many copies we already have decide the final offer.
Which cards do you buy?
Dragon Ball cards from every era and card game: rare holos, secret rares, graded slabs from PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG, and sealed product. We don't buy counterfeits.
What if my cards arrive in a different condition?
We check every card after it arrives. If the condition differs from your description, we make you a new offer. You can accept it, or we send your cards back at our cost.
How do I ship my cards safely?
Put singles in sleeves and toploaders and wrap slabs in bubble wrap. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. Shipping to us is at your cost and risk unless we agree otherwise.
When do I get paid?
By bank transfer or PayPal, your choice, within 7 business days after we have checked your cards and confirmed the purchase by email.
When do I tell you my bank or PayPal details?
Only after you have accepted our offer. Your first request needs nothing but your cards, photos and your name.
