Shipping
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship to Germany and all other EU countries, always with DHL tracking. Germany: €6.99 by DHL parcel, usually 1–3 business days. Other EU countries: €9.99, or €15.99 for orders from €100, usually 5–8 business days. The exact cost is shown in the checkout before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: the minimum order is €30 for the cards in your cart, shipping comes on top. Your cart shows how much is missing, and cards under €1 are an easy way to top up.
How are cards packed?
Every order ships in a sturdy cardboard box. Singles travel in a sleeve and toploader inside it; cards under €1 travel in a sleeve only, stacked safely together. Graded slabs and sealed product are packed well padded.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You pay through a secure checkout. The available methods, such as credit and debit cards and PayPal, are shown in the checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Kamecardz is a small business under § 19 UStG, so no VAT is charged. Our prices are final prices, plus shipping.
Returns
Can I return a card?
As a consumer you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please send the card back in the same condition. You bear the direct cost of returning it.
What if a card doesn't match the description?
Email us with photos within a few days of delivery. Your statutory warranty rights apply, and we'll sort it out with you.
Selling
How much do you pay for my cards?
Up to 80% of the current Cardmarket trend price. The final offer depends on condition, demand and grading.
How fast do I get an offer?
Usually within 24 hours of receiving your photos and card details. The offer is free and you never have to accept it.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer or PayPal, your choice, within 7 business days after we have checked your cards and confirmed the purchase.

Do you repair or clean cards?
Card cleaning and restoration is coming soon. We'll announce the launch in our community news.
Conditions
Do the photos show the card I get?
Yes, for every card from €1: the photos show the exact card you receive, front and back. Cards under €1 (commons and uncommons we have several copies of) use an example photo; you receive a copy in the same condition as stated.

Every listing shows the condition and photos of the actual card you'll receive.
Near mint NM
Looks fresh from the pack. At most a tiny mark visible only up close.
Lightly played LP
Light wear on edges or corners, maybe a faint scratch. Still looks great in a binder.
Played PL
Clear wear, small creases or scuffs. A budget way to complete a collection.
Graded PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG
Sealed in a slab by an independent grading company, on a scale up to 10. Certificate numbers can be checked on the grader's website.
