Invite friends
1. Who can take part
(1) Anyone with a free Kamecardz customer account (kamecardz.com/account/) can invite friends with their personal link or code. Taking part is free and voluntary.
(2) Please only share your link with people you know, for example in a chat or on your own social media profile. Kamecardz does not send any invitations on your behalf.
2. What your friend gets
(1) €5 off their first order at kamecardz.com with a value of goods of at least €30 (excluding shipping).
(2) The code can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes. It is added at checkout automatically when your friend opened your link on that device; it can also be entered by hand.
3. What you get
(1) €5 store credit for every friend whose first order counts. With your 3rd friend you also get a €10 bonus, with your 10th friend a €25 bonus.
(2) An order counts once it has been paid, has not been cancelled or refunded (not even in part) and was shipped at least 17 days ago (14-day right of withdrawal plus delivery time). The credit is booked automatically and Shopify emails you about it.
(3) It does not count if you use your own code, if the order is not the friend's first order with us, or if the "friend" is you with another email address or account.
4. Store credit
(1) Store credit is booked to your customer account and is used at checkout when you are signed in. It is valid for 12 months from the day it was credited.
(2) Store credit cannot be paid out in cash, transferred or exchanged for goods outside kamecardz.com. If an order paid partly with store credit is returned, the credit used is booked back.
5. Newsletter welcome code
(1) When you confirm your newsletter sign-up (double opt-in) and have not ordered with us yet, you get a personal code for €5 off your first order with a value of goods of at least €30. It can be used once and cannot be combined with other discount codes; it is valid until further notice (see section 6).
(2) The same reward for everyone: there is no element of chance.
(3) One welcome code and one friend discount per household: the €5 off applies only to the first order to a delivery address (or a name at the same postcode). Orders that use such a code although the same household has ordered before, under another email address or account, may be cancelled or charged the discount afterwards.
6. Misuse and changes
(1) In the event of misuse (for example fake accounts, self-referrals or spam), we may withhold or cancel rewards and exclude the account from the programme.
(2) We may change or end the programme at any time for the future. Rewards already earned remain valid.
(3) Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply in addition.

1. Teilnahme
(1) Teilnehmen kann jede Person mit einem kostenlosen Kamecardz-Kundenkonto (kamecardz.com/account/). Sie lädt Freunde mit ihrem persönlichen Link oder Code ein. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und freiwillig.
(2) Teile deinen Link bitte nur mit Menschen, die du kennst, zum Beispiel im Chat oder auf deinem eigenen Social-Media-Profil. Kamecardz verschickt keine Einladungen in deinem Namen.
2. Das bekommt dein Freund
(1) 5 € Rabatt auf seine erste Bestellung bei kamecardz.com ab einem Warenwert von 30 € (ohne Versand).
(2) Der Code ist einmal pro Kunde einlösbar und nicht mit anderen Rabattcodes kombinierbar. Hat dein Freund deinen Link auf dem Gerät geöffnet, wird er im Checkout automatisch eingetragen; er kann ihn auch von Hand eingeben.
3. Das bekommst du
(1) 5 € Guthaben für jeden Freund, dessen erste Bestellung zählt. Beim 3. Freund gibt es zusätzlich 10 € Bonus, beim 10. Freund 25 € Bonus.
(2) Eine Bestellung zählt, wenn sie bezahlt, nicht storniert oder (auch nicht teilweise) erstattet und vor mindestens 17 Tagen versendet wurde (14 Tage Widerrufsrecht plus Lieferzeit). Das Guthaben wird automatisch gebucht; Shopify informiert dich per E-Mail.
(3) Sie zählt nicht, wenn du deinen eigenen Code nutzt, wenn es nicht die erste Bestellung des Freundes bei uns ist oder wenn der „Freund“ du selbst mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse oder einem anderen Konto bist.
4. Guthaben
(1) Das Guthaben wird deinem Kundenkonto gutgeschrieben und im Checkout verrechnet, wenn du angemeldet bist. Es ist 12 Monate ab der Gutschrift gültig.
(2) Guthaben wird nicht bar ausgezahlt, ist nicht übertragbar und nur bei kamecardz.com einlösbar. Wird eine teilweise mit Guthaben bezahlte Bestellung zurückgegeben, wird das genutzte Guthaben zurückgebucht.
5. Willkommenscode für den Newsletter
(1) Wenn du deine Newsletter-Anmeldung bestätigst (Double-Opt-in) und noch nicht bei uns bestellt hast, bekommst du einen persönlichen Code über 5 € Rabatt auf deine erste Bestellung ab 30 € Warenwert. Er ist einmal einlösbar, nicht mit anderen Rabattcodes kombinierbar und gilt bis auf Weiteres (siehe Punkt 6).
(2) Alle bekommen dieselbe Belohnung, es gibt kein Zufallselement.
(3) Ein Willkommenscode und ein Freunde-Rabatt pro Haushalt: Die 5 € Rabatt gelten nur für die erste Bestellung an eine Lieferadresse (bzw. einen Namen mit gleicher Postleitzahl). Bestellungen, die einen solchen Code nutzen, obwohl derselbe Haushalt schon früher unter einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse oder einem anderen Konto bestellt hat, können storniert oder der Rabatt nachträglich berechnet werden.
6. Missbrauch und Änderungen
(1) Bei Missbrauch (zum Beispiel Fake-Konten, Selbstwerbung oder Spam) können wir Belohnungen zurückhalten oder stornieren und das Konto von der Aktion ausschließen.
(2) Wir können die Aktion jederzeit für die Zukunft ändern oder beenden. Bereits verdiente Belohnungen bleiben gültig.
